That’s why every qualifying installation includes our 24-Month Workmanship Warranty, giving you confidence that your investment has been installed with precision, care, and professional workmanship.

Our goal isn’t simply to finish a project - it’s to build something that performs beautifully for years to come. 

Our workmanship warranty covers defects resulting from our installation for 24 months from the date of Substantial Completion.

If a covered workmanship issue occurs during the warranty period, we will inspect the installation and, when appropriate, repair or replace the affected workmanship at no additional cost.

This warranty applies to the workmanship we perform - not to manufacturer defects or conditions outside our control.

Like all professional workmanship warranties, there are situations that fall outside of installation quality.

Examples include:

• Structural movement or settling
• Foundation movement
• Plumbing leaks
• Roof leaks
• Appliance leaks
• Flooding or fire
• Impact damage or abuse
• Customer-supplied defective materials
• Improper cleaning products
• Normal wear and aging
• Mold or mildew
• Natural variation in stone or handmade tile
• Hairline grout cracking caused by normal building movement
• Normal silicone or caulk aging

These conditions are not workmanship defects and therefore are not covered under our warranty.
 

To maintain warranty coverage, we simply ask that you:

• Follow the Care & Maintenance Guide provided after your project.
• Use manufacturer-recommended cleaning products.
• Perform normal maintenance such as resealing natural stone and maintaining silicone joints when needed.
• Contact us before allowing another contractor to repair or modify our work.

Proper maintenance protects both your investment and your warranty. 

Should you believe there’s a workmanship issue:

1. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
2. Send photographs if available.
3. Allow us to inspect the installation.
4. Give us the opportunity to correct any covered workmanship issue.

We stand behind our work and want the opportunity to make things right whenever a legitimate workmanship issue exists.

Our workmanship warranty is provided to the original contracting homeowner and is not transferable without written approval from TileMeisterKY.

That’s why we created our Legacy Care Program - a preventative maintenance service designed to help protect your installation long after construction is complete.

Benefits include:

• Professional inspections
• Moisture inspections
• Silicone maintenance
• Grout and stone maintenance (where applicable)
• Detailed condition reports
• Priority scheduling
• Preferred pricing on future repairs

While routine homeowner maintenance is still required, enrollment in our Legacy Care Program satisfies our recommended professional inspection and preventative maintenance schedule, helping maximize the long-term performance of your installation.
