Every TileMeisterKY project includes our 24-month workmanship warranty.

Clients who enroll in the Legacy Care Program within 30 days of project completion automatically receive our Five-Year Legacy Workmanship Warranty.

This extended warranty remains active as long as:

• Legacy Care membership remains uninterrupted
• Scheduled maintenance visits are completed
• Recommended maintenance is performed when necessary
• Proper care guidelines are followed
• TileMeisterKY is given the opportunity to inspect and repair any workmanship issue before others perform repairs
• No unauthorized modifications are made to the installation
